General Conditions

FrogS' rules N°1

Despite of all our efforts, the schedule of the sojourn might change for reasons that are independent of our will (like climatic reason for instance…). As persons responsible of the sojourn, we keep the right to change anything, but always acting for the best of our customers, and can not be charge for this
In case of an emergency independent of our will, we keep the right to cancel the tour. In that case, all the money already paid will be reimbursed. If possible, we will propose other options, and leave the right to our customers to accept them or not.

FrogS' rules N°2

Smiling and a good sense of humour are parameters that we can totally control, and that we can guaranty to you. However, and despite the fact that the Côte d’Azur gets the benefit of an exceptional climate all the year long, we can not promise a 100% of sun during all your stay, whatever the period of the year. This is why we can not take any responsibility in case of bad weather during the tour. But you must know that we will do all our best to make this sojourn as unforgettable as possible, with or…without sun.

FrogS' rules N°3

We can’t take any responsibility for any loss or robberies that could happen during your stay with us, inside or outside of our house. If you do carry any valuable items with you and don’t feel safe about them, let us know so we can put them in our safe.

Cancellation conditions

To confirm your booking, thank you to :
send us your credit card details (number, date of expire and cryptogram, the 3 numbers at the back).
Of course we don’t take any money before you come.
Cancellation conditions:
In case of cancellation within three weeks before arrival we keep 50% of the total reservation, 75% within a week prior arrival.
If cancellation had to occur on the day of arrival (or in case of “no show”), 100% of the booking fees will be kept.

Reservation conditions for groups making a booking for at least 3 rooms, for more than 2 nights.
- 50% deposit is required at least 3 months before arrival.
This deposit will be kept in case of cancellation occurring within the 3 months before arrival.
- The last 50% of the deposit is required before at least 1 month before arrival.
The all deposit will be kept in case of cancellation occurring within 15 days before arrival.

Extra information

-As you might have understood, initially our tour is more designed for adults. We might not have the time or the possibility to adapt the sojourn for children, but depending on the season, we can organise a tour for families. Please don’t hesitate to contact us for more information, and we will adapt ourselves depending on the age of your children

-Despite the fact we love animals, we can unfortunately not accept any pets in the house, and we are sure you’ll understand all the reasons why

-At last, we will not accept any smoking in the house. As all the rooms being equipped with smoke detectors, it could have some very damageable consequences… If you really need to smoke, please feel free to use the terrace, or let us know on your arrival so we can give you an ashtray to smoke on the balcony
